Rustomjee's wholly-owned subsidiary, Keybloom Realty Private Limited, entered into a Sale Deed agreement on February 17, 2025, for the acquisition of land spanning approximately 13,473 square meters situated at Pardi, Nagpur. The acquisition marks the company's formal entry into the high-growth geography of Nagpur, signaling expansion beyond its primary base in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Location and Infrastructure Access
The location enjoys excellent connectivity with NH-44, Outer Ring Road, Umred Road, Bhandara Road, and Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport. The project is near MIHAN and various industrial zones. Several schools, colleges and hospitals are easily accessible, making it an ideal destination for families and professionals.
Pardi itself is one of the localities in Nagpur, situated approximately 15 km from the city center. The locality benefits from metro connectivity nearby and has emerged as a developing residential hub.

This project precedes the developer's planned expansion into Pune, where Boman Irani, Chairman and Managing Director of the Rustomjee Group, confirmed the company is evaluating two joint development proposals for township projects on land parcels totaling approx. 100 acres in Pune.
