Rustomjee Mumbai-Vadodara Highway Project: New Residential Development in Vasai-Virar
Rustomjee is presenting a new-launch residential project along the Vadodara Highway offering 1, 2, and 3 BHK apartments ranging from 200 to 1500 sq.ft. The project is located in Vasai-Virar, a rapidly developing suburb in Mumbai's northern outskirts.
About the Location

The Vasai-Virar region is well-served by the Mumbai suburban railway network's central and western lines, with regular buses available within the VVCMC region and connectivity to Thane through dedicated transport services.
The influx of IT parks, commercial hubs, and retail spaces is creating job opportunities, further driving demand for housing. Property prices remain 40-60% cheaper than central Mumbai while climbing steadily.
