The dual announcement represents a significant expansion in Keystone Realtors' project pipeline across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The developer retained its pre-sales guidance of ₹5,000 crore for FY27 and ₹10,000 crore vision for FY30.

The July 2026 launches form part of the developer's ₹8,000 crore launch pipeline for FY27, comprising 8 projects totalling 5.2 million square feet.

Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee), established in 1995, is one of the prominent MMR-based realtors with leadership in the redevelopment space, having successfully housed 19,000+ families through several redevelopment projects.

The developer maintains a substantial portfolio spanning the MMR, with 39 completed projects, 17 ongoing projects and 21 forthcoming projects, having delivered over 29 million square feet with a pipeline of over 46 million square feet of construction area in the works.

Prabhadevi Location Context
