Rustomjee Launches New Brand Campaign 'Thoughtfully Designed for Families' with Ogilvy India

Rustomjee Redefines Brand Messaging Around Family and Belonging

Real estate developer Rustomjee has launched its new brand campaign—Thoughtfully Designed for Families, developed in partnership with Ogilvy India. The campaign marks a deliberate shift in how the developer positions its residential offerings, moving away from markers of status and architectural metrics toward lived experience and human connection.

Philosophy: Home as Belonging, Not Status

Built on the belief that "every family deserves to live in thoughtfully designed living spaces," Rustomjee's new campaign shifts the conversation beyond homes as symbols of status and achievement to celebrate them as places of belonging. The campaign celebrates relationships, belonging and the everyday moments that transform a house into a home.

Inspired by the insight that while the world defines us by our roles and responsibilities, home is where we are a family, it reflects the belief that building homes is about more than construction, it is about creating spaces where families can grow, connect and create lasting memories through every stage of life.

Campaign Messaging and Scope

The creative platform comes to life through a series of campaign assets that collectively express the brand's philosophy of thoughtful living, underscoring the belief that homes are not simply built structures, but the backdrop to relationships, memories and life's defining moments. The campaign is rolled out across digital, social, print, outdoor and on-ground touchpoints, reaching audiences across key markets reinforcing the message, "Thoughtful is who we are."

Leadership Perspective

Rushabh Shah, Chief Marketing Officer at Rustomjee Group, described the conceptual foundation: "Our industry has spent years talking about building homes for families. We felt the definition of family itself needed to expand. Family isn't only the people who share your surname. It's the neighbour who checks in on you. It's the tree your child grows up climbing. It's the people and places that quietly become part of your life." "At Rustomjee, working with Ogilvy, we asked ourselves a simple question: what is a home really for? Not what it has, but what it enables."

Hirol Gandhi, President and Head of Office at Ogilvy—Mumbai & Kolkata, offered the agency's perspective on real estate positioning: "Real estate as a category has often been preoccupied with selling luxury, sometimes at the expense of celebrating the lives that make a house a home." "Our partnership with Rustomjee was built on a shared belief that homes should be thoughtfully designed – and just as thoughtfully communicated – with families at the heart of the story. This campaign is rooted in that conviction. It moves the conversation beyond square feet and specifications to the moments, relationships and memories that truly define a home."

Accompanying Payment Initiative

A brand belief is only as credible as the action behind it. Alongside the campaign, Rustomjee has introduced a limited-period payment plan across select projects—featuring low booking amounts, deferred payment structures and possession-linked schemes—designed to remove friction from the single biggest decision a family makes. If thoughtfulness is the philosophy, accessibility is the proof: the belief that finding a home should be as considered and as human as the home itself.
