Rustomjee and Keppel extend La Vie in Majiwada with a 58-storey tower
Rustomjee, working with Keppel, has announced a new standalone tower at La Vie, its residential development in Majiwada, Thane. The 58-storey building is positioned as the most premium offering within the integrated community of eight towers, and the launch was reported on 23 October 2026.
The tower brings 2 BHK-plus-studio and 3 BHK homes ranging from 930 to 980 sq ft, each with a balcony. The design centres on larger living spaces, privacy and views, and the building adds a dedicated rooftop swimming pool. Select residences will also carry Rustomjee's Pod concept.
The details of the new tower
The launch adds a 58-storey standalone building to a community that has been developed in phases since 2023. Its homes are planned as 3 BHK and 2 BHK-plus-studio layouts, offering a step up in space from the earlier towers at La Vie.

Anupam Verma, project CEO of Rustomjee Urbania at Rustomjee Group, said La Vie was built on the idea of resort-style living within an integrated community, and that the new tower is a natural progression of that vision. He said the building offers a rare option within the La Vie ecosystem, designed for buyers who want larger spaces, privacy and views while still benefiting from the wider project.
Ho Kiam Kheong of Keppel said the launch builds on the strong partnership between the two companies and on the positive response to La Vie's earlier phases.
The location in Majiwada
La Vie sits within Rustomjee Uptown Urbania, a township spread across more than 100 acres, of which La Vie occupies 8.5 acres. The township has been evolving into a self-sustained ecosystem with a fully operational fire station, Rustomjee Cambridge International School, an upcoming hospital, the Tri Mandir, and planned commercial and retail pockets.
Majiwada is well placed along the Eastern Express Highway, with the Thane-Belapur Road and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway within reach. Majiwada Metro Station is in the vicinity, and the area is seeing several infrastructure projects that add to its connectivity over time.
Rustomjee's track record in Thane and Mumbai
Rustomjee Group was founded in 1996 and has built a significant footprint in Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company states that it has transformed 10 million square feet of the city into premium townships, corporate parks, retail spaces and over 8,500 homes, and that it delivered 8 million square feet of construction area in the last five years.
La Vie has grown in stages. The first phase, a 55-storey tower with spacious 2 BHK homes, was announced in May 2023, and two further towers followed in October 2023 after the first phase's successful launch. Rustomjee and Keppel have worked together on these phases since 2022 and 2023. In November 2025, Tower D at La Vie was launched as a 55-storey building with 2 BHK homes of 648 to 718 sq ft and 3 BHK homes of 858 sq ft, strengthening the group's presence in Thane's premium residential market.

With the 58-storey tower now announced, attention turns to how its homes are rolled out and how the remaining phases of La Vie take shape within the wider Uptown Urbania township. The new tower adds a larger-format option to a community that has already delivered several towers and continues to draw on the partnership between Rustomjee and Keppel.
