Rustomjee and Keppel add 58-storey 3 BHK tower to La Vie in Thane

On 28 October 2026, Rustomjee announced a new tower at La Vie, its residential development in Majiwada, Thane West. The launch is made in partnership with Keppel, the Singapore-based real estate investor and developer that has worked with Rustomjee on earlier phases of the project.
The 58-storey tower adds 3 BHK residences to the integrated eight-tower community and is positioned as its most premium offering. The developers say the new building is designed for larger living spaces, greater privacy and wider views than the homes in earlier La Vie towers.
The details of the new tower
Apartments in the tower range from 930 to 980 sq ft, and each home has a balcony. Select residences also carry Rustomjee's Pod concept, a layout approach the company uses to give homes a more private and spacious feel. The tower will include a dedicated rooftop swimming pool.

Residents of the new tower will also have access to the wider La Vie community, which includes landscaped open spaces, rooftop recreation areas and everyday conveniences.
Anupam Verma, Project CEO of Rustomjee Urbania, said that buyers today look beyond the apartment itself to open spaces and long-term value. Ho Kiam Kheong, Chief Representative, Middle East and South Asia at Keppel, described the tower as combining thoughtfully designed homes with the benefits of an integrated community, offering a distinctive living experience in Thane.
The location in Majiwada
La Vie sits in Majiwada, on the Ghodbunder Road axis of Thane West. The micro-market has seen steady residential demand as Thane has matured into one of the most established housing markets in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, supported by ongoing infrastructure work and better road links.
Majiwada is served by a station on Mumbai Metro Line 4, and Metro Line 5, the Orange Line, will connect Thane with Bhiwandi and Kalyan. The first phase of Metro Line 4, from Gaimukh to Cadbury Junction, is targeted to open in December 2026, and the full line is expected to be completed by the end of 2026, with operations beginning in 2027. The Anand Nagar to Saket elevated road and the proposed Eastern Freeway extension from Chheda Nagar to Anand Nagar will add further road access to employment, commercial and social hubs. Everyday needs are covered by Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital nearby.
Rustomjee's track record in Thane and Mumbai
Rustomjee is the brand of Keystone Realtors Limited, which was incorporated in 1995 and operates across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region as a developer with a strong focus on redevelopment. The company's portfolio covers 41 completed projects, 17 ongoing projects and 21 forthcoming projects across mass market and luxury segments. It has delivered more than 29 million square feet of construction area, with a pipeline of over 46 million square feet under way.
In the current financial year, Rustomjee has launched five projects with a total gross development value of Rs 5,835 crore, reaching about 83 percent of its full-year launch target. The company has also said it expects presales to grow 25 percent year on year in FY27. Its chief managing director, Boman Irani, is also president of CREDAI, the apex body of real estate developers.
Thane is a key part of that plan, with about 2 million square feet of development coming up in the city in phases. Verdant Vistas, a project in Thane West developed with Keppel and reported at 440 units, is an earlier example of the same partnership.

The next milestones for the new tower are the opening of sales and the progress of construction on a 58-storey structure. Around the project, the first phase of Metro Line 4 and the full line are the transport milestones to watch, with the first phase targeted for December 2026 and full operations expected from 2027. As the Majiwada corridor develops, the new tower adds a larger-format option to the La Vie community, which will continue to grow around its landscaped open spaces and rooftop amenities.
