Keystone Realtors (Rustomjee) Board of Directors declared a final dividend of ₹1.50 per share for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, announced on May 12, 2026. The record date for dividend eligibility is May 23, 2026, with the last date to purchase shares under T+1 settlement being May 22, 2026.

FY26 Performance

The dividend declaration comes on the heels of strong operational performance. Keystone Realtors posted record FY26 pre-sales of ₹40.2 billion, with collections of ₹26.2 billion. In Q4 FY26, pre-sales surged 58% year-on-year to ₹1,346 crore, while collections grew 14% to ₹853 crore.

The company launched seven projects in FY26 with an estimated gross development value of ₹10,000 crore, underscoring its capital deployment and project pipeline expansion. This includes continued focus on redevelopment initiatives across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
