Keystone Realtors appointed Salil Chinchore as Group Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Management Personnel from April 16, 2026. The appointment was disclosed via regulatory filing with Indian stock exchanges.
Chinchore's Background and Track Record
Chinchore carries more than 25 years of experience in HR and has worked with major brands such as Asian Paints, Mondelez and Pidilite. He postgraduated in HR and IR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in 1997, and started his career at Asian Paints as a personnel manager.
His longest career stint spanned over 11 years at Asian Paints, where he climbed the ranks to serve as general manager managing HR and IR activities for more than 900 employees. He spent more than five years at Mondelez before moving to TE Connectivity in 2014 as director of HR, heading HR for all business units in India and the global shared services centre.
Chinchore spent close to two years with Pidilite as its president of HR before joining Godrej Agrovet in July 2017, where for five years he headed the HR and IR function and improved talent effectiveness. Prior to Rustomjee, he served as CHRO at ElasticRun from August 2022, a B2B e-commerce platform for rural India. He was recognised among the "Most Influential 100 HR Professionals in Asia" by the Asia Pacific HRM Congress in 2015.
Role and Responsibilities
Chinchore will lead Rustomjee Group's people strategy, talent development, and workforce planning in his new role. His focus will be on building future-ready teams aligned with the company's business growth as the Mumbai-based real estate developer scales operations and expands its footprint across the city and beyond.
