Keystone Realtors Limited has appointed Mr. Pritam Chivukula as Senior Management Personnel, designated as Project CEO - Commercial, effective January 19, 2026. The appointment was disclosed under SEBI regulatory requirements for listed companies.

Background and Experience

Chivukula brings over 27 years of extensive experience in real estate development, banking, and real estate private equity. He holds a PGDM (MBA) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.

Prior to this role, he has been the Co-Founder of Tridhaatu Realty & Infra Pvt. Ltd., a premium, consumer-centric real estate development company in Mumbai, where over the past 16 years he has led the organisation through sustained growth and innovation, embedding a professional, systems & process-driven culture with a focus on consistent execution and value creation. In his last role, he was associated with Dosti Realty as a Project Partner for select redevelopment projects, where he provided strategic leadership and business development oversight.

His career has spanned major financial institutions and real estate platforms. His background includes significant roles at Kotak Mahindra, Standard Chartered Bank, and a USD 500 million Private Equity fund. He also served as National Director of Investment Sales & Retail Services at Colliers International.

Keystone Realtors Limited was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Mumbai, India. The company develops residential buildings, integrated townships, gated communities, standalone landmarks, retail spaces, commercial projects, and social infrastructure, such as schools, clubhouses, and parks within townships.

The company has approximately 37 completed projects, 16 ongoing projects, and 28 forthcoming projects across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). In recent months, Keystone Realtors has formally signed the Development Agreement and Construction & Development Agreement with MHADA for the GTB Nagar redevelopment project worth ₹4,521 crore, demonstrating its capacity to manage large-scale mixed-use developments that typically blend residential, commercial, and social infrastructure components.
